1. How fast does the K-01 go? The K-01 reaches a top speed of 20 MPH thanks to its 500W peak brushless motor — perfect for city commuting and neighborhood rides.
2. How far can I ride on a single charge? The K-01 delivers up to 24 miles (38.6 km) on a single charge. Range may vary depending on rider weight, terrain, and riding mode.
3. How long does it take to fully charge the battery? The 36V 7.8Ah battery fully charges in approximately 4–6 hours using the included charger.
4. Is the K-01 easy to fold and carry? Absolutely. The K-01 folds in seconds with a simple mechanism, making it easy to store under a desk, in your car trunk, or take on public transport.
5. Can I ride it in the rain? The K-01 is designed to handle light rain and wet surfaces. We recommend avoiding heavy rain or deep puddles to protect the electrical components.
6. What is the maximum rider weight? The K-01 supports riders up to 265 lbs (120 kg).
7. Is assembly difficult? Do I need any tools? Not at all. The K-01 arrives 90% pre-assembled. The only step is attaching the front wheel, which takes about 15–20 minutes. All tools are included and we have a step-by-step video tutorial to guide you through it.
8. Does the K-01 require any special maintenance? Minimal maintenance is required. We recommend keeping the tires properly inflated, checking the brakes periodically, and charging the battery regularly. No special tools or technical knowledge needed.
